Dubbas - Tiered containers for instant pot

If you recently purchased an instant pot or any electric pressure cooker, then you are on the hunt for instant pot accessories. I use various instant pot accessories and tiered containers is something I have been using almost everyday.
Desiclik was kind enough to send me one of their tiered containers which they call “Dubbas” (classic name for this product).
It comes like a lunch carriage with an easy lift handle on top and 3 dubbas (containers) along with 3 plates that go between each layer. It fits perfectly inside my 6qt instant pot.
When the package arrived, I was surprised to find out how compact all 3 containers nested within each other. It was a clean and compact packing. I like the idea of having nestled containers, saves so much space inside the cabinets. Also, it fits easily in dishwashers.
The only trouble I have is the trivet locking mechanism, although it's very traditional, I wish there was an easier pull to release the package. I found using a pot holder much more convenient than the carriage style.
I have always been a fan of pot in pot style cooking. I love the idea of making multiple items at once to save time and productivity and this product helps save us time in the kitchen.
Few examples of how I use this,
I keep rice in one container, dal in another and vegetables on the top tray with a steamer plate.
Great for bisibelebath, I keep rice and lentils in one container and sambar base in another.
Another great example is 2 different variety of rice can be cooked together at the same time.
